Tying On

Here my husband David takes a moment to tie his rope on to his saddle. This is sometimes necessary in a small pen to eliminate the need to dally. I love the negative space in the depiction, paired with the very geometric pipe pens and the soft curves of horse and man. Prints available.  This piece is slated to hang at The Cowgirl Gathering in Fort Worth Texas in May of 2024.
